A DEEP DIVE INTO A FAN FAVORITE KITCHEN REMODEL
Ever since we started posting photos of this kitchen remodel we have had so many of you absolutely loving it… and so do we! Because we’ve gotten questions about some of the specifics used here, we are going to break everything down for you today on the blog!

KITCHEN CABINETS
We knew we wanted gray cabs and lots of very specific storage for kid grab-and-go snacks, a dog food station, a beverage station, etc. We did a simple shaker profile and painted them Sherwin Williams Gray Matters in a semigloss finish so that everything is wipe-able!

KITCHEN COUNTERTOPS AND BACKSPLASH
3cm White Luxe Quartzite—We had originally budgeted for a mid-level quartz countertop but on our slab shopping trip we fell in love with this quartzite! There was no seeing past it!

KITCHEN SINK
Signature Hardware Atlas 33” Farmhouse Single Basin in Matte Gold. I wanted to mix metals really intentionally in this kitchen so I thought the brass sink would be a punchy first step!
KITCHEN FAUCET
Signature Hardware Bellevue Bridge Faucet in Polished Nickel. To make the mixed metals very intentional I made sure the faucet didn’t “match” the sink!

KITCHEN APPLIANCES
Monogram 48” Range, 36” French Door Custom Panel Refrigerator by Thermador—I chose this range because they’re mixing metals, too! The range has beautiful brass knobs while the rest of the appliance is stainless steel.

KITCHEN HARDWARE
Amerock Granby 5” in polished nickel, coordinate appliance pulls—I chose these to coordinate with the Bellevue faucet
KITCHEN PENDANTS
Hinkley Fletcher aged zinc 13.5” qty 3…are you getting the mixed metals memo yet?!

KITCHEN DRAPES
Schumacher Pyne Hollyhock Charcoal 174450 *heart eyes emoji* This fabric was really our jumping off point—it’s got so many neutrals mixed in that it kicked off the mixed metals train!
KITCHEN STOOLS
C&B Delta Brass Counter Stool. Because kids were going to use these we knew we wanted backs and no swivels! They’ll only KONK into the counter on every rotation. 🙂 These are super sturdy, durable, and wipeable…not to mention beautiful! They’re also a great masculine counter for the feminine, floral Schumacher fabric.
