Here’s how it all comes together!
THE LAMBERT HOME PROCESS
1.
INITIAL CONSULTATION
We’ll meet in your space to talk through your ideas, goals, budget, and timeline. This is also where we get to know you—your style, your needs, and how you want to live in your home.
Scheduled 2–4 weeks out
2.
INTERIOR DESIGN AGREEMENT & FEE
Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send over our design agreement outlining the scope, budget, and process. At this time, the design fee is due—a one-time investment that covers all design and administrative work for the life of our project (and hopefully, for many more to come!).

PHOTOS & MEASUREMENTS
We’ll stop by to document your space with photos and measurements—trust us, you’ll love looking back at these when everything is complete!
1 week after executing the contract

INITIAL DESIGN PRESENTATION
Think of this as a Pinterest-worthy preview! We’ll present our initial vision for your space to make sure we’re aligned on style and direction before moving forward.
2 weeks after photos & measurements
5.
SPECIFIC DESIGN PRESENTATION
Now for the fun part! You’ll visit our office to review our proposed selections, layouts, and every important detail for your project. Together, we’ll dive into every detail, from furniture to fixtures to finishes, creating a collaborative and inspiring experience where we’ll lock in our final choices!
3 weeks after we receive initial presentation feedback
6.
SUBCONTRACTOR MEETING
For construction projects only, we’ll meet at your home with all the necessary trades to get precise, down-to-the-penny pricing.
2 weeks after design presentation
7.
FINAL DESIGN MEETING
We’ll go over every last detail—final selections, pricing, the construction schedule, and contracts. This is also when we set the official start date and process the first construction payment.
3–4 weeks after subcontractor meeting

PROJECT EXECUTION
Now, it’s time to bring your vision to life—without the headache. From furniture installs to full remodels, we manage every detail, every schedule, and every moving part so you don’t have to. No stress, no surprises—just a seamless, easy transformation.

THE BIG REVEAL & FINAL PHOTOS
Once everything is in place and you’re settling into your beautifully transformed space, we’ll schedule a final visit to capture the finished look.
